Order Confirmation

Our goal is to make the ordering and shipping process as simple and easy as possible! When you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

We currently offer the following standard shipping rates for Australian metro areas:

In some instances, additional shipping fees may apply. In these instances, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and provide a tailored quote, which you can proceed with, or request a cancellation and refund, or choose a replacement product. In particular, if you are placing an order to a regional or rural Australian location, additional shipping fees may apply. Some items may be subject to prohibitively expensive shipping costs, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for a tailored quote.

We ship directly from our partner warehouses and delivery times can vary depending on the allocated shipping provider. We currently do not offer international shipping.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us at

Dispatch times can vary from 1-5 business days. Delivery times can vary between 2-14 days, depending on whether your item is in stock, and your shipping location. 

We partner with trusted, reputable Australian postage and shipping handlers to deliver your order safely and securely. 


Occasionally, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse without being reflected on the website at the time of your order. In some cases, arrival dates can change or vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as orders being held up in ports or customs, the manufacturing process or missing parts. 

In this instances, we will contact you as soon as possible, notifying you your order has been placed on backorder, with the expected arrival time. We may also suggest recommendations for suitable substitute products, in case you require your product sooner.  

You can let us know if you'd like to proceed with your existing order, substitute the order with an alternative product, or cancel the order. 

If proceeding with your original order, we will notify you of all the relevant details, including shipping date and the tracking information, when it is available. 


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we can process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, buyers will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
