e-Scooter electrical parts and components
All Bolzzen e-Scooter electrical parts and components come with a 12-month warranty. For all claims lodged within the 12-month warranty period, the faulty part(s) must be returned for assessment. A repair or new part will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Shipping and return fees may apply.
All Bolzzen e-Scooter frames come with a 2-year warranty. For all claims within this period, the e-Scooter/frame must be returned to Bolzzen for assessment.
Note, some exclusions apply. Items excluded from warranty include wear and tear elements, including (but not limited to) brake disc/pads, cables, tyres, and wheels. Any items damaged due to misuse, abuse or neglect are not covered by warranty.
Safe Usage
Use your scooter in line with manufacturer instructions and local Australian laws. Use protective accessories, including a helmet, knee protectors, elbow protectors, riding gloves and suitable garments. The product’s speed and travel range are affected by rider’s weight, wind, wheel air pressure and the product’s battery charge status. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product. Warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase.Returns & Refunds
We’re confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).
All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, unused and in their original packaging. All shipping costs to return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we can approve and process a refund.

Hi Shane what is the range on this machine ... do you think it's range is more than 70-100kms as that's what the mearth gts states it can range . It's really important for me to the.the range to.speed in consideration prior to purchase.
Hi Muhammed, yes, you are correct the Mearth GTS (single-motor) has a 70-100km range. Will take you up to 50km/h on private property. The Bolzzen Gladiator can take you up to 70ks (the 52V model, in eco mode) and up to 85ks (the 60V model in eco mode). It powers up to 75km/h on private property. Hope that helps.
