No Service

I got the S Pro. You can't call the company for service because they don't exist.
I pumped air into the the valve has been touching the chassis ever since and making noise while riding. I wrote to them but no reply. The valve is just stuck out and can't push it back in. Waste of money.

Satisfied with my purchase

I like the idea of swappable batteries. My previous e-scooter didn't have that feature, so this is really convenient. I just wish this scooter had a huge screen like the X Pro, but overall, I'm satisfied!

Great, durable e-scooter

I have been using my S Pro for over a month and so far I have not encountered any problems. The scooter is still in good condition. There's very little wearing on the tyres. It seems like a well-built e-scooter too. Hopefully, it will last me for years. Thank you !
