      Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of a reasonable acceptable quality.

      Go Skitz warrants that Go Skitz products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Some parts have a limited warranty period see below.

      This warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, external maintenance or adjustment, acts of nature, water damage, corrosion damages from water/humidity, damage caused by self-modifying or destroying the parts without prior authority, using non-genuine parts, damages caused to battery by external shorts, damages to charger, bending parts due to unreasonable use, misuse of product. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product.

      Returns & Refunds

      We’re confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).

      All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, unused and in their original packaging. All shipping costs to return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we can approve and process a refund.
