If you require technical support due to product failure for parts covered under your warranty, please get in touch and we can arrange the replacement parts.

Vippa warranty covers limited parts if a defect occurs due to normal and ordinary use of the scooter. This warranty begins from purchase date and covers certain parts up to 12 months (see list below) or a maximum of 1,000km. This warranty covers: scooter deck, kick stand, LCD display, handle bars, stem, front and rear fork assembly, battery, front and rear motors, front and rear controllers, charging port, alarm electronics, scooter electronics.

Some exclusions apply

The following exclusions apply. Warranty does not cover: change of mind, quick-wear parts (LED lights, tyres and tubes, braking system, brake cable, brake disc, plastic parts and covers, damage to the LCD display cover, mudguards, fenders, damage to sandpaper, remote controls, battery charger, battery charger cable, handlebar grips), artificial damage (e.g. water damage), damage from inappropriate power supply, inappropriate power voltage, inappropriate charger, inappropriate accessories, damage caused by unauthorised opening of the scooter/motor/LCD display, external surface damage (e.g. from an accident, scratches, dents, dings, chips, cracked LCD screen.

Safe usage

Use your scooter in line with manufacturer instructions and local Australian laws. Use protective accessories, including a helmet, knee protectors, elbow protectors, riding gloves and suitable garments. The product’s speed and travel range are affected by rider’s weight, wind, wheel air pressure and the product’s battery charge status. Do not tamper with the device, as this will may the warranty and may affect the safety of the device. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product. Warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We’re confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).

All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, unused and in their original packaging. All shipping costs to return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we can approve and process a refund.
