A hoverboard is an empowering fun investment. Shop now, knowing you're in safe hands with a 12-month warranty that entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund within this term if goods fail to be of a reasonable, acceptable quality. All warranties, returns and repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of products.
Safety Guarantee
All Australia Hoverboard products are designed with UL2272 certified batteries which are specified Australian Safety Standards for Electric Equipment. Devices use Samsung and LG batteries and are safe to use.
Safe Usage
Avoid obstacles and slippery surfaces, such as gravel and water. Use protective gear, including helmet and guards. Always supervise young riders operating device. When your device's battery is lower than 10%, it will slow down and eventually shut down until its next charge.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, external maintenance or adjustment, acts of nature, water damage, corrosion damages from water/humidity, damage caused by self-modifying or destroying the parts without prior authority, using non-genuine parts, damages caused to battery by external shorts, damages to charger, bending parts due to unreasonable use, misuse of product. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product.
