e-Scooter electrical parts and components

All Bolzzen e-Scooter electrical parts and components come with a 12-month warranty. For all claims lodged within the 12-month warranty period, the faulty part(s) must be returned for assessment. A repair or new part will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Shipping and return fees may apply.

All Bolzzen e-Scooter frames come with a 2-year warranty. For all claims within this period, the e-Scooter/frame must be returned to Bolzzen for assessment.

Note, some exclusions apply. Items excluded from warranty include wear and tear elements, including (but not limited to) brake disc/pads, cables, tyres, and wheels. Any items damaged due to misuse, abuse or neglect are not covered by warranty.

Returns & Refunds

We’re confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).

All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, unused and in their original packaging. All shipping costs to return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we can approve and process a refund.

Awesome Electric Scooter with great value for money!!

The Bolzzen Atom Pro has surpassed all expectations and represents really good value for money. I was looking for e-scooters around the $1k mark and needed decent battery power. The Atom Pro has a huge range of between 40-50kms from the 48V 13Ah battery which powers the strong 48V 500W motor. The adjustable handlebar height is great and also helps it to be extremely compact when folded. The fold literally only takes 3 seconds. The frame is extremely strong and can hold a whopping 120kg but surprisingly only weights about 15kg. If you're looking for a premium e-scooter that is jam packed with features but won't break the bank, a Bolzzen e-scooter is worth a look, I'm certainly glad I did!

Can u make the speed faster or is it only 25 kmh

What is the ip rating Is it ok to leave it parked out in the sun/rain for hours. My son takes it to school leaves in rain sun uncovered

Hi Kat, thanks for your question! Generally speaking, it's not a great idea to leave e-scooters in the sun or rain for the longevity of the batteries, security and in some cases, it can void manufacturer warranties. Could your son potentially rent an additional locker at school to store it securely and safely? We do have protective storage bags as well.
