Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of a reasonable acceptable quality.
Go Skitz warrants that Go Skitz products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Some parts have a limited warranty period see below.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you changed your mind about your purchase, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us).

Can you buy the bike without the helmet?
Hi, thanks for your question! Yes, you are welcome to buy this bike without a helmet. For your interest, we do have a number of different styles of kids' helmets available for you to choose from if you prefer another option or don't have one already. (We do recommend for your child's safety and protection that they wear a helmet and are supervised while riding, in line with your local and state by-laws.) Hope that helps.
