Panmi goods come with guarantees. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and repair and replacement of goods if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Panmi warrants to customers that product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Panmi does not warrant product operation will be uninterrupted and is not responsible for damage arising from improper usage. This Limited Product Warranty applies to all products purchased from Authorized Sellers for twenty-four months from the date of receipt of shipment. If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is lodged within the limited warranty period, the seller agrees to repair the Product at no charge to the Original Purchaser, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or replace the product with a new or refurbished Product. Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Please note, warranty does not cover: quick-wear parts, artificial damage (such as water damage), damage from inappropriate usage, using inappropriate accessories, unauthorised opening of the scooter/motor/display, external surface damage, damage from accidents, scratches and chips.
Safe usage
Use your scooter in line with manufacturer instructions and local Australian laws. Use protective accessories, including a helmet, knee protectors, elbow protectors, riding gloves and suitable garments. The product’s speed and travel range are affected by rider’s weight, wind, wheel air pressure and the product’s battery charge status. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product. Warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
